Mandi in Hyderabad has become more popular as the time is passing either because of trend to try something new and post it on their social media or taste & budget friendly experience, I’ll always go for taste and experience..
So Aazebo has introduced Full Lamb Mandi where you’ll see one whole marinated lamb which is slow baked for 22-24 hours (based on size of lamb). The lamb is marinated with mild spices where it seeps in properly in that 22 hours journey… And the result is super tender Lamb.
It’s served with fluffy basmati rice which is again cooked in broth of Lamb to give that rice a base and aroma and garnished with slightly sauteed raisins, almond and carrots just like Arabian Style. Here ofcourse people of Hyderabad prefer spicy things so they’ve customized accordingly but adding few powdered Spicy ingredients.
The moment it came on our table all my friends reaction was Jaw dropping! This beauty was little fragrant, very eye catching and ofc show stopper… I actually had a feeling of not to demolish it but eventually we all did.
The meat was breaking apart so easily and melts in your mouth without any effort, like vanished in 5 seconds. And it happend on every bite of it complimenting with rice, the combination was fabulous! It taste so good that we all couldn’t Stop on our first bite, ofcourse the meat was really really tender and to be honest I’ve never anything like this before in life… Good news is that the rice will be served thrice which is easily Sufficient for 10-12 people. Overall it’s Worth spending ₹10,000 on this delicacy.
