Breakfast is one of the important meal in a Day. And here in hyderabad it’s taken very seriously… Majority of people in hyderabad loves to have some good South Indian breakfast on lazy Sunday with family and friends. Ofc there are tons of places but I’ve got one of the best ones in town called TAAZA KITCHEN.
This is located in lanes of Madhapur, 100ft road. With simple breakfast Menu and beverages at super reasonable price point. I ordered Idly, Plain dosa, Masala Dosa and in beverages I went with Badam milk and filter coffee.
Well let me tell you, all these items are their best sellers and I love them!
Super Soft Idly, it just goes in effortlessly and their chutney is something which is complimenting Idly perfectly. Coconut based chutney, slightly creamy with some mustard Seed on top.
Plain/Masala Dosa was amaaaazing, am sure chef is well trained because the dosa was perfectly crisp outside and done till perfection. He the color & texture says everything, in masala dosa you get one big scoop of potato based Curry inside which is also flavourful. Boiled and mashed potatoes, some sauteed onions, Curry leaves and mustard seeds. And all Dosa’s are served with some ghee on top, you got to manage this method by taking a piece of crisp dosa with some potatoe Curry and dip it in green coconut chutney ~ together it’s heaven!!!
• Beverages ~ Badam milk was slightly creamy and filled with some almonds which is giving a good texture over-all and Filter Coffee was the perfect way to end this delightful breakfast meal.
